What did you learn from the article?I learned various tips from the article to improve slow running, such as relaxing your body, practicing mindful running and running with a buddy. I found it very helpful and shared it with my friends.

When and where did you read it?Last month I went to live at my best friend’s home for a few days as his parents were out of the station. Then he noticed that I sleep very late at night and suggested this article to me. I read it on one of the fitness-based websites.
What did you learn from the article?I learned various things from the article, such as sticking to a sleep schedule, paying attention to what one eats and drinks and limiting daytime naps. 
Why do you think it is a good or bad article?I liked the article because it improved my sleep quality. I felt more energetic after following the tips mentioned for one week.
