This fast-tracked program of study offers an accelerated pathway to a master level qualification that provides you with contemporary management skills and expertise across areas such as project management, leadership and strategy.

Combined with the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) – the longest running undergraduate degree of its type in South Australia – the fast-track program will see you graduate with an advanced skillset, ready to become a successful leader and decision-maker.


What you'll learn

In your undergraduate degree you will focus on quantity surveying, construction management, building technology, building structures, building surveying and housing studies, developing the knowledge and skills to work professionally in quantity or building surveying.

In your honours year you’ll complete a major research project in your specialisation of interest, which will lead to recognition by different accrediting bodies:

  • Quantity surveying
  • Building surveying
  • Construction management

You will also have the opportunity to apply what you have learnt throughout your degree in real-world settings through the UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program.

Progressing on to your postgraduate studies you will advance your knowledge and skills in contemporary management practice and have the opportunity to develop expertise in the following areas:

    Vice Chancellor’S International Excellence Scholarship


    We are pleased to advise that students can apply for our prestigious Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarships, for First Semester 2025 from Monday 16th September 2024.

    • Recipients receive a 50% reduction in their student contributions (tuition fees) for up to four years of full-time study
    • Students who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to complete a Scholarship application form and include this with their UniSA application
    • Eligible students who have not provided a completed Scholarship application will be invited to apply at the point of University entry assessment (assuming scholarship places are still available)

     


    Scholarship Criteria:

    • Be a prospective international student
    • Be eligible to study in Australia
    • Not have accepted any other UniSA scholarship or bursary
    • Have achieved the UniSA equivalent of a High Distinction average in previous studies
    • Meet the minimum English language entry requirements for the program applied into
    • Meet normal program admission requirements for the program applied into
